Just wanted to let those of you who donated to my ride know that I completed it yesterday! ... 62.7 miles. (I'm banking that extra 1.7 for next year!... and those were the toughest!). Though my goal was $500, I raised $1000 thanks to your generous support. Thank you so much and know that it will be of great help for those in need.

Welcome to my fundraising page for the 10th annual Will Bike 4 Food! This is a fun cyling event that helps feed our neighbors in need and to end hunger in western Mass. by raising funds and awareness for The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. Every $1 can provide 4 meals for a local family who needs them most. The need is even greater this year with so many families experiencing increased financial hardhips. Contributions of any size to my efforts are appreciated. My plan is to ride 50 miles on one day in September for my goal of $500. I'll bike my age, 61, if I manage to raise $1000! 100% of your donation will go to support The Food Bank's mission (unavoidable credit card fees notwithstanding). All donations are tax deductible. Thank you!

Since 1982, The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts has been feeding our neighbors in need and leading the community to end hunger. We distribute food to our member agencies in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire counties. These independent pantries, meal sites and shelters are on the front lines of emergency food assistance in our region, playing a crucial role helping individuals, families, seniors and children. Every $1 donated to The Food Bank can purchase 4 meals for a family who needs them most.
