Hey! Come ride with me!
I'm hosting some training rides and I'd love to see all BLT team riders there. Visit their website to find out more: https://www.blt.org/news/tour-de-barnstable-training-rides
Nature is so important to me, and every special place we protect in Barnstable is not only there for peole to enjoy forever, it also helps protect the our water and wildlife, too. Amazing!
Any amount you give helps me reach my goal and it all goes directly to supporting Barnstable Land Trust.
To read more about BLT:
BLT is supported by generous contributions from the community (that's you and me!) and from their members. By contributing to their work, you are directly ensuring that the Cape Cod lands and waters you love will be there for our kids and grandkids to enjoy.
The mission of Barnstable Land Trust (BLT) is to protect the special places people love for present and future generations. BLT advances their mission through land conservation and stewardship, community engagement, and advocacy for our natural resources. BLT is the only private nonprofit organization dedicated solely to preserving the open spaces and natural resources within the Town of Barnstable on Cape Cod.
Over 35 years, BLT has protected 1,100 acres of land in Barnstable’s seven villages and supported the conservation of 8,000 acres of Town land, which now host incredible walking, birding and scenic vistas and the best mountain biking trails on the Cape. Conservation land also protects our threatened drinking water supply, provided by Cape Cod's sole source aquifer, and prevents further nitrification of our bays and estuaries.
If you can, I'd appreciate any donation you can make to my ride. All donations go directly to BLT.
Thank you for supporting Barnstable Land Trust!

Tour de Barnstable: Barnstable Land Trust
This year's Tour de Barnstable is a 25-mile ride through Osterville, Centerville, Hyannis Port and Hyannis and passes by many of Barnstable Land Trust's conservation properties. This ride benefits Barnstable Land Trust and Calmer Choice, two local nonprofits that work to support the community and make this a special place to live. Open to everyone, this ride is your chance to get on the road this spring!
By riding and fundraising for Barnstable Land Trust, you are directly helping us preserve the natural resources and special places in the Town of Barnstable and nearby areas, for present and future generations. We work with landowners to protect their land for conservation and take advantage of federal and state incentives. We build and maintain trails, provide outdoor connection and education and steward over 750 acres of land in Barnstable.
Thank you for supporting Barnstable Land Trust! We are so grateful to our riders, fundraisers and "funraisers"!

Barnstable Land Trust (BLT) is a community-supported nonprofit whose mission is to preserve the natural resources and special places in the Town of Barnstable and nearby areas, for present and future generations.
By riding and fundraising for BLT in the Tour de Barnstable, you are helping protect the special places that make Barnstable so special. During COVID-19 we have seen a huge increase in people accessing our properties, which have been a refuge for everyone to get outside and experience some stress relief out in nature.
