John and Jori Run to Celebrate 21 - Raising Funds for Friends of Aine
John and Jori Santos are raising money for grieving children and families. They will be running for Friends of Aine, an organization that is near and dear to their hearts. Jori and Aine were childhood friends, who both will be turning 21 this year. As a way to honor Aine and support the Friends of Aine mission, Jori will be running alongside her father. Their goal is to raise $50,000, but they need your help!

The event will take place on the Millennium Running Anytime 5K course, which starts at Millennium Running's retail store and headquarters located at 138 Route 101 in Bedford, NH. The 5K course consists of two loops in the center of Bedford. For more information about the course, please click here.
Friends of Aine is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established to help children and families grieving a death navigate their path to a hopeful future. Friends of Aine provides peer to peer support groups for grieving children and their families, and provides education resources to schools to help them know how to talk about grief with students. All of Friends of Aine's services are free, and are rapidly growing due to the increasing needs for services sadly because COVID deaths, opioid deaths and suicide deaths are all on the rise. Right now, the need for these services in our community is imperative to navigate the pandemic.
For those that have experienced a significant loss, Friends of Aine offers a peer to peer, activity based program focused on bereavement support tailored to children, teens and adults. Grief services are provided by trained professionals who understand the trauma and immense suffering they are going through. Thanks to the generosity of donors, there is no cost to families.
