Melanie and I are excited to be participating in this year's Superhero 5k for Retts Roost!! This year I'll be running as Captain Underpants, and I need your help! Superhero 5K
The Superhero 5k benefits Rett's Roost and the true superheroes, the children and families who have experienced childhood cancer. Money raised from the 5k goes to providing meaningful retreats and community gatherings for the families to support each other. Come dressed as your favorite superhero for this special 5k that finished along the beach!
Prior to the 5k, there will be a Fun Run for children 2-8 years old on the beach!
