Justin, the girls and I will be partaking in the Superhero 5K again this year. Justin and I have run this race since 2016, but it wasn't until 2019 that it because personal for us as Rett's Roost was now supporting one of our favorite families. Evan and the Austin's have benefited so much from all Rett's Roost have to offer. Rett's Roost is a source of hope and healing for families impacted by childhood cancer and child loss, offering holistic retreats and meaningful gatherings that create connection, while honoring the process of grief and the power of love.

Superhero 5K
The Superhero 5k benefits Rett's Roost and the true superheroes, the children and families who have experienced childhood cancer. Money raised from the 5k goes to providing meaningful retreats and community gatherings for the families to support each other. Come dressed as your favorite superhero for this special 5k that finished along the beach!
Prior to the 5k, there will be a Fun Run for children 2-8 years old on the beach!
