We believe in a world where everyone has safe drinking water, forever.

We partner with local governments, businesses, and individuals, providing the support they need to bring clean water and sanitation systems to their own communities. Then we ensure they have the resources they need to maintain those systems now and in the future. The local government provides the structure. The local shop owner provides the materials. The local entrepreneur makes repairs.

And the local family gets clean water for a lifetime.

Since 1983 more than 100 local, national, and international non-profit charities have raised over $101 million for their own organizations and causes.

The Arizona Committee of Water for People operates under AZ Water (azwater.org), a nonprofit educational organization founded in 1928.  In addition to serving Arizona, AZ Water supports Water for People (waterforpeople.org), a nonprofit working internationally to develop high-quality drinking water and sanitation services that will be sustained by strong communities in collaboration with local businesses and governments.  All proceeds from this event will benefit Water for People.
