I am so excited to be riding the Second Summer Cycle to raise money for the Cape Wellness Collaborative! They provide wellness therapies to Cape Cod & Islands residents facing cancer. This includes massage, chiropractic, meals etc. that really help people feel better during a difficult time.
The main reason is that they helped my wife. As many of you know, Elena was treated successfully with surgery and radiation for breast cancer last year. It was a very stressful time and Cape Wellness helped ease that for her and me. She is now the Meal Coordinator for Cape Wellness and enjoys giving back.
Please help me provide that gift for others. Any amount you can give helps.
Thank you!

Cape Cod's Second Summer Cycle
A Charity Ride Benefitting 19 Cape Cod Non-Profit Organizations
The Second Summer Cycle is the perfect event for riders of all levels, offering a picturesque journey through 11 historic Cape Cod towns and a strong commitment to rider safety. Three distances are being offered, 33, 69, and 100 miles with the final stop being a celebration at Motta Field in beautiful Provincetown. Dance to the music of Sarah Swain and the Oh Boys, use your $30 worth of vouchers provided as part of your registration to purchase food from 4 different food trucks, to include cold beverages provided by Barnstable Brewing Company, with Second Summer Cycle cans as memorabilia!
Nineteen Cape Cod non-profit organizations will benefit from the monies generated by the riders, each of whom is asked to raise at least $250 for their non-profit of choice, or to be disseminated across all 19 charities, in addition to the registration fee.
Ample hydration and nutrition stops will be strategically positioned along the course, along with medical and physical therapy stations equipped with tents and tables to ensure participants' comfort and well-being.

Cape Wellness Collaborative is participating in the Second Summer Cycle to raise funds for the community of people who use our services.
The Cape Wellness Collaborative (CWC) provides integrative therapies and care, nourishing meals, yoga, support groups and more for people facing cancer in our community.
Integrative care includes therapies such as massage, acupuncture, reiki, yoga, and myofascial release, etc. These treatments significantly relieve the symptoms and side effects of navigating cancer treatment and recovery. Our goal is to give our clients more tools for fighting cancer and feeling better while doing so.
CWC partners with skilled local practitioners in order to provide these therapies, and we cover the cost. We currently serve about 780 people each year, and have provided over 7,000 handcrafted nutritious meals.
