Team Zero Defects and all donations to our team support The deLeuze family Endowed Professorship at UC Davis and Dr. Tuscano’s  research  at UC Davis to find non-toxic cures for cancer at the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center.  The Professorship was originally created by ZD Wines Founder Norman deLeuze and his family.  Norman was a man with a passion and drive to get things done as he did throughout his life.  Aerospace to winemaking he always had a can-do attitude.  Our support continues to help in finding a cure.   The Boys and Girls Club of Napa Valley who offer Fantastic support to our local youth are also beneficiaries of charitable donations.

Crush Challenge, hosted by the deLeuze Family Charitable Foundation and ZD Wines, is an unparalleled event in the Napa Valley, bringing together people from all over the country to join us in supporting our beneficiaries: UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Teen Center at Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley.

Experience the beauty of Napa Valley on a private cycling excursion (17-, 25-, or 37-mile options) that will depart from Veterans Memorial Park in Yountville. Enjoy a “rest stop” at ZD Wines in Rutherford to imbibe in the barrel tasting and food bites.

Following the ride, indulge in the all-inclusive Food & Wine Garden with live music paired with delicious food and wine from Napa Valley restaurants and wineries to round out the afternoon.

Crush Challenge was established in 2014 as a way to showcase the best of Napa Valley while bringing awareness and funding to a select group of worthy charities.

We welcome you to join on August 26 to enjoy a harvest day in the beautiful Napa Valley while helping our deserving beneficiaries: UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Teen Center at Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley. 100% of our net proceeds will go to these charities.
