Emtpy Arms was new and tiny and there for me after Henry died. They were there for both the fear and joy of my second pregnancy. Even when I didn't go to meetings, knowing they were there was a huge help.

Syrup Stampede
The Syrup Stampede to benefit Empty Arms Bereavement Support features a 5k race, 2k fun run/walk, and pancake breakfast with local maple syrup. Our fifth annual Stampede will take place April 7, 2024 at Look Park.
