HELLO and thank you for visiting my page! This year I'm riding because I learned something there important about resilience during the 2023 Ride for Resilience. At the 50 mile mark, when my both quads, hamstrings, and calves began to cramp, I began to understand the true meaning of resilience. Previously, I thought it was the act of putting your head down and powering through--digging deeper because I thought there was always more in the well. I would come to learn that resilience isn't about powering through at all. It's what you do when you have nothing left. It's about breathing deep and turning to those around you for a hand up. And there is nothing better to support than building family strength and resilience through connection. NH Children's Trust 4th Annual Ride for Resilience
The Ride for Resilience is a 100 mile charity bicycle ride benefitting the NH Network of Family Support and its many efforts to ensure all Granite State children exist in safe, stable, and nurturing environments.
The Ride route connects local Family Resource Centers to raise awareness of the community-based supports critical to ALL Granite State children and families. This year's Ride, on September 13, tours the New Hampshire White Mountains and North Country regions and highlights the following Family Resource Centers: Family Connections Resource Center at Children Unlimited in Conway and The Family Resource Center of Northern NH.

We envision a New Hampshire where all children grow up free from abuse and neglect.
