Tour de Greenbelt
The Annual Tour de Greenbelt/Cycle for Land Conservation is a 25- , 40-, 50-, and 100-mile ride hosted by Greenbelt - Essex County's Land Trust on September 17, 2022. The suggested road routes pass by more than 50 spectacular properties Greenbelt has protected. The 40-mile Gravel Grinder route combines on- and off-road riding, past Greenbelt properties and also through beautiful woodlands. Road routes are lightly marked and riders are provided with turn-by-turn GPS event navigation which can be used on any smartphone. The Gravel and 100-mile routes are self-navigated (not marked) this year. Each registered cyclist may purchase a Tour de Greenbelt jersey. Please order your jersey before July 27 to guarantee delivery before the start date of the event. For any orders after that date, we will place a second order with our supplier and mail your jersey to you in 4-5 weeks. Proceeds from the ride directly benefit Greenbelt's land conservation work throughout beautiful Essex County. Thank you!
