On [September 1] I am running the [26.6 ]mile [Loess Hills] trail in [Iowa] to support research to cure Alzheimer's Disease. My run will be part of AlzRun, a team of people from all over the country running challenging and magnificent trails to raise money for Cure Alzheimer's Fund.
I am running in honor of all the families and caregivers who take on the challenge of Alzheimer's! I love running and I want to use my ability to run in a way that can help, honor, or inspir others!
The funds we raise will go directly to Cure Alzheimer's Fund. I am impressed by how much they have contributed to our understanding of Alzheimer’s. They direct 100% of donations toward high-impact research. Our contributions will make a difference! I am doing what I can. I want to be part of breakthroughs that will cure Alzheimer’s.
