Just over a year ago my good friend Don Greewood suffered a stroke that took us all by surprise. At that time I worried deeply for my friend and wondered if he would ever get back to pre stroke Greenwood. Now a year later, not only is Don back to his old self he is going to ride with me on this 30 mile Kings Challenge!
Last June, before he had his stroke Don road with me in an event called Ride to Recovery in honor of my brother Josh who passed away unexpectedly the year prior. Kings Challenge just happens to be on Josh's birthday, what a great way to honor Josh on his birthday to ride with my friend Don Greenwood to help raise money for Krempels Center, a Portsmouth NH based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people living with brain injury....

What the ride is not – This ride is not a race, it is designed to be an enjoyable day of cycling and camaraderie.
Three routes, of varying lengths, have been designed to accommodate a wide range of cycling abilities. Fundraising minimums have been set at easily-attainable levels and the focus is on family fun.
Krempels Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people living with brain injury through evidence-based programming, shared experiences,and support in a welcoming community.
