Welcome to my fundraising page! I'm very excited to raisie money for the Bobby Labonte Foundation and the Triad community that I believe in - and I hope that you will be able to support me in my effort. This year, the Labonte Roubaix is raising money for its partner, JDRF North Carolina.
Thank you for your support!
Bobby Labonte Foundation Charity Ride
The Labonte Roubaix presented by Wake Forest Baptist Health Sports Medicine and Bee Safe Storage will roll out (staggered start) at 9am for the Roubaix Full (62 miles) and 10am for the Roubaix Lite (35miles) from historic Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, NC. Routes will include some of North Carolina’s finest rolling hills and most scenic rural terrain! As always, the theme of “it’s not a race” will prove to turn this cycling ride into a fun and friendly morning filled with its share of challenges and plenty of camaraderie! Fully supported rest stops, staffed with smiling faces and great ride food, will only be topped by the hospitality of Bowman Gray Stadium, an official NASCAR racetrack. Finish line entertainment will include free family-friendly finish line festivities, post-ride meal and beverages, music and celebration! Proceeds from your entry fees, sponsorships and donations go right back to local children and their families.
Passionate about helping those in need, Bobby started the Bobby Labonte Foundation in 2003 with the goal of giving back to the families and children of his local community. As the 2000 NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion and a NASCAR Hall of Fame Inductee Class of 2020, Bobby has seen many successes in life and has had the opportunity to meet fans across America and around the world. Inspired by the support and dedication his fans have given him throughout his racing career, Bobby is driven to give back. Since 2003, his Foundation has supported charities throughout North Carolina who build stronger foundations for the futures of children and families. In a continuing effort to find new ways to help the local communities in and around the Triad, the Bobby Labonte Foundation launched a grant program. 2019 grant recipients included High Point LEAP, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Piedmont and High Point Swim Club. In 2021, we are very proud to partner and support JDRF North Carolina.
Help Bobby support those in need by attending any or all of events and join Bobby in giving back to the communities that have given so much.
