Hello! I am participating in this year's Second Summer Cycle on Cape Cod on September 15th to benefit Resilient Roots.
I've signed up to ride 70 miles (112 kms), in one day!
I'm hoping you'll support my participation by donating to my ride via my fundraising page at https://www.PledgeReg.com/4985/KarenLang.
I'm riding for Resilient Roots because it is a non-profit on Cape Cod that I believe in. Resilient Root's mission is to inspire and enable people to become good stewards of the earth. Through their educational programming, they help us all learn how to shift our mindset towards becoming a steward of our places, so we can regenerate the health of our ecosystems, and ourselves in the process. They run educational workshops, help design organic backyard gardens, and also partner with Habitat for Humanity to design and install edible gardens for local homeowners.
Resilient Roots is able to participate in this event as part of the Youth Athletic team, however please know that all funds you donate to me go directly to Resilient Roots. My goal in fundraising is a minimum of $250.00. I am hoping to raise more.
If you are able to make a donation to support the critical ongoing work of Resilient Roots, it would be appreciated!
