#LifeMovingForward.
Moving forward in life is the mantra that guides me. This Memorial Day, I will pay tribute to the resilient law enforcement professionals and first responders who navigate challenges and hardships daily in defense of our freedom. As part of this commitment, I am participating in the "Xfinity Boston's Run To Remember," dedicating my run to the memory of AJ Lapanna, son of my dear friends Trisha and Speedy Lapanna.
All funds raised from the race will support our local law enforcement and first responders, a cause close to AJ's heart, as he actively contributed to their forward momentum. Over the past 17 years, "Xfinity Boston's Run To Remember" has successfully raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for our first responder community. We aspire to reach the 1 million-dollar milestone soon, and all contributions are tax-deductible.
Join me in honoring the brave individuals who embody the spirit of moving forward, ensuring their dedication and sacrifices are recognized and supported.
Boston's Run To Remember
The Xfinity Boston's Run To Remember is a Half Marathon or 5 Mile race (live or virtual) that pays tribute to fallen 1st Responders annually on Memorial Day weekend. We honor all 1st Responders by celebrating their service and giving back to the community.
Net proceeds of Boston's Run To Remember benefit local youth and community programs supported by our 1st Responders. The race also raises funds for several local charities, including the Alzheimer's Association, Cops for Kids With Cancer, Muscular Dystrophy, the Boy's and Girl's Club and Sole Train.

The Run To Remember is organized to foster goodwill and physical fitness for 1st Responders and citizens of the community. We are committed to building positive experiences between 1st Responders and the communities we serve. We are also committed to paying tribute to those 1st Responders who have made the ultimate sacrifice and lost their lives in the line of duty to the community.
