Dear Family and Friends -
I hope you are having a great summer! I always try to find ways to stay active and make a positive impact in the lives of others and in my community. That is why I am honored to support WE CAN and bike 33 miles on the Cape for The Second Summer Cycle charity ride on September15, 2024!
The Second Summer Cycle benefits 19 local non-profits this year. I am proud to be making this commitment and support such an incredible organization. I’m writing to ask for your support by making a donation to The Second Summer Cycle in my name—if you are able to do so. No donation is too small and it will make a significant difference.
WE CAN is a non-profit organization that empowers and supports Cape Cod women to build pathways to self-sufficiency and stability. Founded in 2001, WE CAN provides unique services that inspire hope and bring increased stability, self-sufficiency, and opportunity. WE CAN serves more than 2,100 women each year across Cape Cod with free and confidential legal services, employment and business support, financial empowerment, mentoring, and personal development programs.
As a rider on Team WE CAN , 100% of every dollar I raise goes directly to the services of WE CAN! Your donation is important to me and I know that WE CAN will use every dollar wisely to serve thousands of women with information and referral; legal, financial and work support sessions; their mentoring program--empowering women to achieve their goals and strengthening Cape families.
To donate, you can you can go on line to (https://www.PledgeReg.com/434899/michelledannnaher) or if you prefer, mail a check made out to WE CAN to me at (1020 Oak St., Harwich MA 02645). I hope you will support me as I undertake this great challenge. I thank you in advance for your support. Please know it will mean a lot to me and to the thousands of women and their families that are touched by this special organization each year.
I am proud to be riding on Team WE CAN in the Second Summer Cycle! This year I will be joined by my husband, Michael, who is also participating in this special fundraising event.
Keep an eye out for details about a fun-draising event on Wednesday, 8/28/24 at the best pub and cafe, The Seal, in Harwich.
WE CAN's mission to empower and support women to build pathways to stability and self-sufficiency. For more than 20 years, WE CAN has supported women on Cape Cod who are navigating life transitions including job loss and career development; divorce or loss of a spouse, legal and immigration issues; debt and financial stability; and other personal growth opportunities.
Your donation to my ride will ensure that WE CAN continues to offer free and confidential services, including legal consultation, career and work support, financial empowerment, business support, mentoring and personal development programs.
Thank you for your support!
All my. best,
Michelle
