Thanks to many friends, family, and compassionate community members like yourself, 2 years ago I was able to reach my fundraising goal of $1,000 for this annual event. Unfortunately, last year I was unable to participate in the event because of a traumatic leg injury that put me on longterm disability with an uncertain recovery and left me unable to walk, stand, or even ride a bike for several months. To make up for the lost oppurtunity in 2023, I've decided to set my goal for 2024 at $2,000! Please help me celebrate the gift of life and body in the feat of my recovery! Any support is appreciated, but please consider making an exceptional donation to make up for my missing out and suffering in the previous year!
Your donation will support programs for children, senior citizens, families, and individuals in need.
Thanks
Tour de Keuka
Tour de Keuka is an annual charity bike ride around Keuka Lake in the beautiful Finger Lakes of New York State. This event benefits United Way of the Southern Tier.
Offering 3 different in-person courses and a virtual option, there’s an option for nearly every skill level!
United Way of the Southern Tier works with the community to solve complex problems in Chemung and Steuben counties in three key areas: Southern Tier Kids on Track; Southern Tier Senior Support Network, and Southern Tier Basic Needs Network. Through gifts from individual donors, local businesses and their employees, corporations, and foundations, United Way of the Southern Tier supports 67 programs throughout the two counties.
Additionally, United Way of the Southern Tier is the local sponsor of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a program that provides a free book by mail every month to each registered child, under 5 years old, in Chemung and Steuben counties — regardless of a family’s income.
