In 2021 our family went through one of the hardest losses imaginable when we lost our son Lucas. Empty Arms was there for us to help us process the loss and provided us with cherished momentos to remember him by. Our goal is to help raise funds to ensure that Empty Arms will be there for others who experience these horrific losses.

The Syrup Stampede to benefit Empty Arms Bereavement Support features a 5k race, 2k fun run/walk, and pancake breakfast with local maple syrup. Our fifth annual Stampede will take place April 7, 2024 at Look Park.
