Thank you for visiting my BC Race to Educate fundraising page!
On April 26, 2025 our team, Brenda's Battalion, will be on campus at Boston College to participate in the 15th Annual BC Race to Educate. All race proceeds support Saint Columbkille Partnership School, a school my mother was a proud elementary and high school student at. A star student athlete with an infectious smile and ferocious determination, my mom Brenda was the pinnacle of excellence. She served and helped those she met with dignity and pride. Well after her graduation in 1981, Brenda took her education she received at Saint Columbkille's all places she made her warm presence known. She is, by all accounts, remembered as a wonderful friend, teammate, teacher, coach, sister, neighbor and mother by all those who knew and loved her. Brenda's earthly passing in September 2023 does not distract us from her living, breathing legacy still here on Earth. Through her loved ones, her love of music and laughter, and, especially so, her school and home, Saint Columbkille's, she lives on.
Race proceeds are used to ensure that a high-quality Catholic education is available to all who seek it. All contributions are tax deductible.
This year, our school's goal is to raise $200,000 and register 1,000 participants for race day! To register to run/walk, please visit www.bcracetoeducate.com and please donate to my PledgeReg page to help me reach my fundraising goal.

Thank you!

In 2018, Saint Columbkille Partnership School was designated as a laboratory school of Boston College's Lynch School of Education and Human Development.
Saint Cols now serves nearly 400 students with more than 44 percent receiving financial aid. The BC Race to Educate is our annual fundraiser to support Saint Columbkille Partnership School to give all students access to a high-quality Catholic education.
